Who makes it
Raturi Fitness is written and built by Nitin Raturi, a software engineer who trains with a push/pull/legs split. Nitin is not a clinician, physiotherapist or certified coach, which is why the site is built the way it is: every page comes from a research doc with checked sources, and health content waits for review by a qualified professional.
Review status
No page on the site has had a professional review yet. Until a reviewer is in place, every page shows "Last checked by the author" with a date, carries the medical disclaimer, and never claims professional review. Pages still in draft are hidden from search engines and say so at the top. When a physiotherapist, sports physician or certified strength coach reviews a page, their name, credential and the review date will appear on it.
How pages are made
- Each exercise starts as a research doc: setup, joint angles, muscles, mistakes, safety and programming, with a source and certainty level for every claim.
- The doc is checked against the editorial policy, then turned into the page and its motion data.
- The 3D demo is tuned against the doc on six body types and four camera angles.
- Pages are updated when new evidence appears or a reader reports an error.
The 3D bodies
The figures are built from the MakeHuman base mesh, skeleton and body-shape targets, which the MakeHuman community released under the CC0 1.0 public-domain licence. The animation runs in your browser with three.js. Icons are from Lucide (ISC licence).
